Because no one should die for lack of a bandage.
(Dr Syed Muhammad Ali Raza Bukhari – Founder, The Raza Foundation)

In the shadow of the mountains...

As a result of conflict in the mountains of Azad Kashmir and across the rural plains of Pakistan, thousands of families are facing medical emergencies with empty hands.
Military clashes cause shrapnel cuts, burns and bleeding to children, women and vulnerable adults in the helpless communities of northern and eastern regions of Pakistan and Azad Kashmir.

  • A child is hit with flying debris and cuts their leg.
  • An elderly man burns his limbs trying to save himself from fire.
  • A young mother watches helplessly as her baby’s fever climbs due to infection, with no access to basic medicine.
  • There is no first aid kit. No antiseptic. No bandage. No pain relief. No help.

This is the grim reality for countless people living in poverty-stricken and conflict regions of Pakistan and Azad Kashmir. Civil Unrest, Earthquakes, floods, landslides, and lack of infrastructure have left these communities vulnerable, isolated, and without access to even the most basic healthcare.

But with your support, we can bring them hope and lifesaving help.

Why First Aid Kits Matter

You might think of a first aid kit as a small thing. But for someone in a remote village or a conflict-ravaged area, it can be the difference between life and death.

  • A clean dressing can stop an infection from spreading.
  • Antiseptic wipes can prevent a cut from turning deadly.
  • Pain relief tablets can ease the suffering of the elderly and sick.
  • Burn cream can soothe a child’s pain and prevent long-term damage.
  • A basic thermometer can signal when a fever becomes dangerous.

In communities where hospitals are hours or even days away, a first aid kit is not a luxury. It is a necessity.

Our Mission: Deliver 1,000 Kits to Families in Need

We are launching this urgent appeal to provide 1,000 First Aid Kits to the most vulnerable families and communities in Pakistan and Azad Kashmir. Each kit will be carefully assembled with essential medical supplies, culturally appropriate instructions, and distributed directly to those who need them most.

  • Families living in the conflict regions
  • Elderly and chronically ill individuals in rural communities
  • Schools and community centres without access to healthcare
  • Mothers and children in remote areas without clinics

How You Can Help

You can be the reason someone survives an emergency.
Your donation today can bring comfort, care, and critical first aid to someone in need.

  • £25 provides a basic kit to a vulnerable family.

Every contribution helps us reach more people, faster. Every kit you fund is a shield against suffering. A symbol of humanity. A gesture of love.

Don’t let another child suffer from a preventable infection. Don’t let another mother grieve because she had no way to treat her child’s fever.

Donate Now. Deliver Hope. Save Lives.
